2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, my hosting provider Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA, automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits automatically (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access). This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website. 3. Contact form

When submitted, the contact form on this website opens your own email program directly with the data you entered (name, email address, subject, message) — there is no server-side storage by the website itself. The email is only sent when you actively send it from your email program. Your details are then used exclusively to process your enquiry and are not passed on to third parties.

Note: Please only share as much health-related information in the message field as is necessary for an initial assessment — we can best discuss details in person. Should you nevertheless share health data, it will be used exclusively to prepare your appointment and treated with particular confidentiality (Art. 9 GDPR, special categories of personal data).

4. Telephone & personal contact

If you contact me by telephone or in person, the data you provide will be used exclusively to process your enquiry or to arrange an appointment.

5. Online appointment booking (Cal.com)

For online appointment booking I use the Cal.com service, provided by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA (EU representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR: Felix Kolodziej, reachable at felix@cal.com). When you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email address, selected appointment/date, any voluntary notes) is transmitted to and processed by Cal.com in order to arrange the appointment and send you a confirmation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Cal.com processes data in the USA. For data transfers to the USA, Cal.com relies on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can find more information in Cal.com's privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.

Note: Please do not include relevant health-related details in the booking notes field — we will discuss these in person.

6. Google Fonts

This website uses fonts ("Cormorant Garamond", "Inter") from Google Fonts. When a page is loaded, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited). In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Cookies

This website does not use its own tracking or marketing cookies.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information about the data I store about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, simply contact office@naturheiltherapeut.at.

9. Patient management (outside this website)

A separate, non-public system that is not part of this website is used to manage patient data during ongoing treatment. Data processing there takes place exclusively for treatment purposes and is subject to medical or therapeutic confidentiality.

This privacy policy will be updated accordingly when the website changes.
